Research talks will be 15 minutes with 5 minutes for questions.
Poster pitches will be 2 minutes max - you can make slides if you like.
Lightening talks will be 6 minutes with 2 minutes for questions.
Plenary talks will be 40 minutes with 20 minutes for questions.
We will have both a Mac and PC available to use for uploading your presentation. Presentations should be in Keynote or MS PowerPoint with all media embedded. You should plan to upload your talks with file names in the below format at least meal prior to your session. A conference organizer will be available to help you from 07:00 to 22:00 each day and during meals and breaks.
Posters should be portrait orientation and no more than 90 x 190 cm (35 x 74 in). Our preferred size is A0, 84.1 x 118.9 cm (33.1 x 46.8 in). Boards and pins will be provided for hanging your posters up. Please hang up your posters Saturday during arrival. Posters will be up all week in the conference hall where all talks, breaks, and discussions take place so there will be ample time to read and discuss posters without a formal poster session. Your poster pitch on Sunday is both a chance to pitch your poster and to let everyone put a face with your name and work.
