Registration fees are estimates subject to changed based on further sponsorship currently being pursued. Sponsorships would also provide partial reduction in meal costs for participants with limited resources. Accommodation and meals are paid by individual participants directly to Bäckaskog.

Travel assistance
Thanks to our generous sponsors, we are able to offer financial assistance to at least six underrepresented nations’/early career participants who could not participate without this assistance. Financial assistance can include any of the following: registration, lodging, meals and possibly even airfare/ground transportation.
